  • How to order?
    Please navigate to the section of farm produce to order.
  • Can we visit?
    Absolutely, over weekends we organise farm tours right after dawn and before dusk, as well as brunches! Please check the experiences section to see availability and book. Please follow us on Instagram (@mharokhet) to know more about the current happenings at our farm.
  • Are you organic?
    We are 100% ‘chemical free’, and employ sustainable techniques to bring the most to our produce whilst not harming the land and ecosystem around us. We are undergoing the organic certification as well.
  • Can you help me grow vegetables?
    We recommend that you join one of our farm tours, where in we share a lot of best practices under use by us. This way you could learn and apply those that you deem suitable.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    All payments to be done online whilst placing the order or booking the experience; We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard) and various wallets. We are unable to process cash or checks.
  • When do you deliver?
    We deliver in Jodhpur between 10 AM-3 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, for a minimum order amount of Rs. 750 with an additional delivery charge of Rs. 50. The deliveries outside Jodhpur are only for food & health ingredients; these will be sent within 3 days of receiving the order and delivered within 7-10 days by one of our courier partners.
  • What is the refund policy on farm produce?
    In the event that you as the consumer have any variety of quality complaints you may email us at hello@mharokhet.com. If the complaint is found to be justified, we would be happy to provide you a refund or a credit, to be used against other purchases on the website or if available, provide you a replacement of the defective items. The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit / Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
  • What is the cancellation/reschedule policy on farm produce?
    No refund for cancellation requests made more than 6 hours of placing the order. 95% refund for cancellation requests made within 6 hours of placing the order. We allow rescheduling your order (only once), but only if the request is made at least 3 days before the delivery date. The reschedule will be offered depending on availability and has to be availed within 30 days of previously ordered date. Failing which, the cancellation policy will be applicable.
  • Will I be able to see a copy of the menu before I arrive?
    The menu is revealed at the table. Our chefs design the menu in the days leading up to the visit, based on the freshest possible ingredients from the farm. We like to keep the meal hyperseasonal, artistic, and spontaneous!
  • Is there alcohol at MharoKhet events?
    No. We only offer non-alcoholic beverages made at our farm. No need to arrange for a designated driver, enjoy the short ride from the city whilst observing the rural landscape around our farm.
  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
    Our culinary experiences are best suited for flexible, adventurous eaters! Our food champions plants and is vegetarian (no fish/meat/eggs). We can accommodate limited dietary requests, these include gluten free/vegan diets and nut allergies. Please mention the same whilst making the booking to ensure that suitable arrangements are made for you.
  • What should I wear to MharoKhet?
    You will be in fields of a working farm in the Thar desert, please dress accordingly and remember to wear comfortable shoes. The sun is usually always out and we recommend you bring a hat or sunglasses as needed. Winter mornings are a little chilly, so please come prepared with a jacket or blankets to keep you comfortable. For our brunches, guests tend to dress up a little, but jeans and casual attire are not out of place.
  • Do you allow pets at the farm?
    Well behaved dogs are allowed in designated areas but are requested to be kept on the leash. They cannot be a part of the tour or culinary trail.
  • Can you accommodate children?
    Absolutely, children love the farm activities and outdoor dining experience. Children above 5 are charged as per standard prices and are taken through the same culinary experience as all other guests; those below the age of 5 are welcome without charge, and are requested to share the meal with an accompanying adult.
  • Do you host private events?
    We do! We service for weddings, birthdays, business gatherings, product releases, and for all other reasons to gather together. Our intention is to craft a unique and immersive experience for your guests.   • What is the cancellation/refund policy on experiences?
    No refund for cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the experience date. 50% refund for cancellation requests made at least 30 days before the experience date. The mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/ Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
  • Can I reschedule and not cancel an experience?
    We allow rescheduling your booking (only once), but only if the request is made at least 3 days before the experience date. The reschedule will be offered depending on availability and has to be availed within 30 days of previously booked date. Failing which, the cancellation/refund policy will be applicable.
